The foreign Ministry promised to respond to new us sanctions

Hostile attacks of the U.S. against Moscow, including the expulsion of Russian diplomats, as well as the seizure of departmenet, will not remain unanswered. This is stated in the comments of the Department of information and press of the Russian foreign Ministry, published on Wednesday, August 2.

“We have already demonstrated that they are not going to leave without an answer hostile attacks, including expulsion by U.S. authorities of our diplomats and the seizure of diplomatic property. Of course, reserve the right and other countermeasures,” — said the Agency.

Also the foreign Minister regretted the introduction of the us sanctions of the law. “The name itself – “On combating the enemies of America by sanctions” – speaks for itself: the initiators of this idea are trying to convince the American public an appropriate view of our country”, — stated in the message.

In addition, the Agency advised us lovers of sanctions, plunging US in Russophobic hysteria, to get rid of illusions and to understand that Russia does not change course and will not compromise on national interests.

“Exchanges mutual injections – not our choice. We are open to cooperation with the US in areas where we believe it useful to themselves and to international security, including the settlement of regional conflicts. However, fruitful cooperation is possible only if Washington politicians will overcome their own mistakes, will cease to perceive the world through the distorting prism of the reality of “American exceptionalism”,” — concluded the Minister.

Earlier Wednesday, Donald trump signed a law on new anti-Russian sanctions, which the us Senate adopted on 27 July.

A new package of anti-Russian sanctions, in particular, prohibits American companies and individuals to lend to Russian banks for more than 14 days (previously the deadline was 90 days). In addition, the document is limited to the term of financing of Russian oil and gas companies.
