The Russian government approved the passport of a priority project “to create a new model of medical organization providing primary health care”, whose main purpose is to improve the quality of medical services and patient satisfaction. A document published Wednesday on the website of the Cabinet.
“The implementation of the priority project will reduce the queue time of an appointment to the doctor and waiting patients at the doctor’s office, the timeframe for completing the clinical examination, as well as to improve the quality of services and patient satisfaction with the processes of organizing outpatient clinics”, — stated in the certificate to the document.
