Disney will hunt them down, laughing and ohayuschih viewers in cinemas
Disney has developed a special software for analyzing the basic emotions of visitors of cinemas on the basis of machine learning algorithms.
The company plans to use four special camera with rotation angle sensors, and a built-in face detection function and emotions. They will record the behavior of the audience within a few minutes after the start of the session, and then determine whether they feel the feelings that should by the logic of the story. The algorithms will be able to recognize the smile, the laughter, the sighs and even a sad expression.
The project has already been tested on three thousand spectators in 150 cinemas during the rental of nine paintings Disney, including “Star wars: the force awakens” and “Zeropolis”. Only the camera caught more than 16 million emotions.
In March 2017, the Russian company NtechLab won the first world championship for the recognition of emotions, organized by the Ohio state University. Patriotic algorithm proved more accurate than the competition from Johns Hopkins University.
