SEOUL, 1 Aug. /TASS/. The US temporarily deployed in the Republic of Korea 12 F-16 fighters in response to the DPRK’s launch of an Intercontinental ballistic missile. This was announced on Tuesday, the command of the Pacific air forces of the United States.

“Planes and about 200 soldiers from the 176th fighter squadron, based in Wisconsin, will be posted on the air base, Gunsan 180 km from Seoul for four months since August”, — stated in the message released by the Yonhap news Agency.
