MOSCOW, 1 AVG — RIA Estate. Russian President Vladimir Putin signed the law specifying the procedure for payment of utilities consumed in the maintenance of common property in an apartment house, reported on the official website of the President.
The law introduces a number of changes to the Housing code of the Russian Federation concerning the procedure for the payment of water, electricity and sewage consumed in the maintenance of common property in an apartment house.
From 1 January 2017, the charge for maintenance of the dwelling included a fee for cold and hot water, sewage disposal, electric power consumed in the maintenance of common property in an apartment house, which was previously included in the cost for utilities.
The amount of expenses of citizens for a block of flats calculated on the basis of regulations approved by bodies of state power of constituent entities of the Russian Federation.
As noted in the materials of the Ministry of the Russian Federation according to the amendments, the owners will have the right to choose the method of calculation of payment for communal resources to communal and household needs offered by the law and, in addition, the law establishes the priority of the testimony obschedomovyh metering on established standards.
The law passed by the Parliament on July 19 and approved by the Federation Council on July 25.
