“Truck was carrying a fishing farm fish and on the rise, not far from Nikolaevsk, part of the cargo — not more than a ton spilled on the road. The river is empty now, the bears smelled, went on the road and I ate it”, — said the Agency head of the Department for civil defense and emergencies of the district administration Alexander Shalygin.
