The head of Regardie instructed the leadership of the anti-terrorist group in the North Caucasus
According to the signed by President of Russia Vladimir Putin the decree on improvement of management of the joint group of forces to conduct counter-terrorism operations in the North Caucasus, the General management of the joint anti-terrorist groups in the region will be managed by the Director of Regardie Viktor Zolotov.
The document was posted Saturday on the official portal of legal information.
As follows from the decree, to conduct counter-terrorism operations in the North Caucasus Federal district will now be involved in connections, parts and divisions of Regardie and the armed forces, internal Affairs bodies and their subdivisions, authorities and subdivisions of the emergencies Ministry, the FSB, FSO, and Federal government agencies where there is military service.
The composition of the joint group commander will implement on the basis of proposals of the heads of other departments in respect of their employees, part of the same, which are part of Regardie, he will define themselves.
Vice commander with the preservation of military posts to be appointed Minister of defense, Minister of internal Affairs, the head of the emergencies Ministry, the FSB Director, the Director of the service. Each Department commander will have one Deputy.
