“Statement of the Department of state of 29 July approved in the Congress sanction bill may not cause anything but bewilderment. In Washington did not understand that pressure and push against Russia are not working and even more sanctions to improve relations”, — said the press service of the Embassy.
As mentioned in the statement, Tillerson, the American administration hopes that the further cooperation of Moscow and Washington to avoid the application of United States sanctions against Russia. “We hope that between our two countries will be cooperation on major global issues, and that these sanctions are no longer necessary,” shows the chief of American diplomacy.
