MOSCOW, July 29. /TASS/. Russia is preparing targeted sanctions against persons, adopted on Friday a decision to refuse to transit Russian aircraft in the airspace of Romania and thereby disrupt the visit of Vice-Premier of RF government Dmitry Rogozin to Moldova. This was reported Rogozin on Saturday in an interview, an excerpt of which was shown on TV channel “Russia 24”.
