Rogozin commented on the ban of Russian artists to move to Moldova

Deputy Prime Minister of Russia Dmitry Rogozin believes the shame of detention at the airport of Kishinev Russian artists Dmitry Dunayev, Rosie Mingazova, Lydia Muzaleva, Irina Maslova and Vladimir Gasoyan. About this politician wrote on Twitter.

“Bunch of troublemakers. Well, what to call them? Someone scared Artists! Because that’s what the threat of European integration! A very ugly story, shameful,” — said Rogozin.

Earlier Thursday, the President of Moldova Igor Dodon has protested the detention of Russian artists, called the incident “another provocation”. He apologized to the guests of the Republic and promised that initiates an investigation on the incident.

July 27, Rogozin said that the Russian artists Dmitry Dunaev, Laysan Mingazova, Lydia Muzaleva, Irina Maslova and Vladimir Gasoyan, who arrived in Moldova to participate in the events dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the peacekeeping operation on the Dniester, was detained. Rogozin stressed that instructed the Russian Embassy to “immediately intervene in the resolution of the situation.” The Moldovan side stated that the Russians will be sent back on the next flight.
