The President of Russia Vladimir Putin signed the law on raising the minimum debt threshold for a ban of trip abroad with 10 to 30 thousand rubles. This was reported on the Kremlin website on Thursday, July 27.

The document also approved the mechanism for the accelerated transfer of information about cancellation penalties from the bailiff to the border guards via the Internet (within 24 hours of payment).

The law will come into force on 1 October 2017. The state Duma, he was admitted July 14.

July 4, member of the Duma Committee on state construction and legislation Zarif Baiguskarov explained that the limit of the fine increases by the new law on time. “The debtor has five days for voluntary repayment of debt (required by applicable law). Innovation does not apply to debts for alimony, compensation for moral damage, damage to health or property.
