The Ministry is prepared to examine the proposal of the Ombudsman for human rights in Russia Tatiana Moskalkova on the establishment of the Environmental code, reports RT with reference to the press service of the Ministry.
“We are ready to consider the concept of the bill. We support any decisions, which are aimed at improving the quality of enforcement in environmental regulation,” the Ministry said.
Earlier, the Commissioner for human rights in Russia Tatyana Moskalkova said that he considered it necessary to return to the question of the establishment of the Environmental code.
