The Agency explains that during a visit to the barbershop, you need to pay attention to employees comply with the rules of hygiene.
In particular, the masters are required to wash their hands with soap before and after customer service, the tools must be sterilized and disinfected in a germicidal emitters or in special solutions, and the removal of cut hair from the neck and face of the client should be an individual cloth or cotton swab. This allowed the use of brushes, but only when they are disinfected after each client.
All cosmetics must have a certificate of conformity and translations into Russian language, and not to be expired.
The Agency reminds that if you have any questions the consumer has the right to appeal to the regional Department of Rospotrebnadzor.
