Russia insists on the visit of experts of the United Nations and the Organization for the prohibition of chemical weapons (OPCW) of the city of Khan shaykhun, where, on 4 April, was launched a gas attack. As highlighted in a report published on Wednesday the Russian side letter to the UN Secretary General, Antonio Guterres and the Security Council, without a visit to the scene of the incident to establish the truth would be impossible.
