The Pentagon has considered the application and issued more than a hundred units of equipment, including night vision goggles, rifles and components for explosive devices.
The chamber demanded that the Agency has taken steps to prevent possible cases of fraud and tightened control over the results of military ammunition.
The report also stated that since 1991 the Pentagon has allocated thousands of police departments the weapons to six billion dollars.
