MOSCOW, July 26. /TASS/. A bill to expand sanctions against Russia, approved by the House of representatives of the U.S. Congress, severely complicates the ability to restore the Russian-American relations. This was stated by the head of the Duma Committee on international Affairs Leonid Slutsky.
