The Federation Council approved a law banning anonymizers
According to the law, Roskomnadzor will create and maintain a Federal information system (FGIS), containing a black list of forbidden resources.
MOSCOW, July 25. /TASS/. The Federation Council approved the law on the prohibition of the use in Russia of services, allowing you to view restricted sites in the Internet (so-called anonymizers).
The law prohibits the owners of information-telecommunication networks and information resources, through which is provided access banned in Russia sites, to provide opportunities to view them.
According to the law, Roskomnadzor will create and maintain a Federal information system (FGIS), containing a black list of forbidden resources. At the request of the law enforcement Agency will determine the provider who admits on the Internet software and hardware of access to restricted information resources.
