Moscow. July 25. INTERFAX.RU — the Federation Council will supervise preparation of a transport Ministry regulation to requirements for hand Luggage on the plane. This document is required in connection with the adoption of a law that makes it unnecessary to carry free of charge baggage with non-refundable tickets.
“We have time together with the transport Ministry to work on the content of regulations in the development of the law. Formally, the Ministry of transport introduced, as expected, and yesterday is already on the website, this regulation was hanging. But its content does not suit the members of the Federation Council”, — said the speaker of the Federation Council Valentina Matvienko.
“With regard to hand Luggage. You there is some stuff written that you can’t bring phones, books, flowers, outerwear. Who is the author of the act?” — said Matvienko at the presence at the meeting, the state Secretary- Deputy Minister of transport Sergey Aristov.
