MOSCOW, July 24. /TASS/. The bill on toughening responsibility for bribery to four years of imprisonment, introducing also the concept of non-material bribes made to the state Duma. This was announced on Monday, the author of the bill, Deputy Chairman of the Duma Committee for security and combating corruption Anatoly Election (United Russia).
