Poklonskaya has collected one hundred thousand signatures against the “Matilda”

The Deputy of the state Duma Natalia Poklonskaya sent to the interior Ministry, the Prosecutor General and the Ministry of culture of Russia a hundred thousand citizens, insulted by the film by Alexei Uchitel “Matilda”. She wrote about this in his Facebook.

Poklonskaya also sent to the Prosecutor General, the Ministry of culture and the Ministry of interior signed by 37 parliamentarians parliamentary inquiry on the adoption of measures to prevent abuse of religious feelings of believers and desecration of Orthodox shrines storyline of the picture.

According to her, a parliamentary inquiry was signed by the Chairpersons of certain committees of the state Duma, the Vice-chairmen of committees and deputies representing a number of Russian regions. Poklonskaya also sent information of the accounting chamber on the allocation of the filmmakers state funding in the amount of 280 million rubles with the term of the final accounts to 30 September 2017.

Premiere of “Matilda” is scheduled for 6 October at the Mariinsky theatre. In wide release, the movie will be released on October 25. The film tells about the relationship of crown Prince Nikolai Alexandrovich Romanov (the future Emperor Nicholas II) and ballerina Matilda Kshesinskaya.

The scandal surrounding the film erupted in November 2016. Taylor repeatedly asked the Prosecutor General to check the “Matilda”. According to the parliamentarian, the tape has offended the religious feelings of citizens of Russia and other countries.
