Association of builders of Moscow region sent about seven billion rubles for the completion of the 24 objects of concern, according to the website of the government of the Moscow region on Friday, July 21.
“This is the largest pool of reliable companies who have the resource, money and land. When they come to new investment projects, the region itself takes the construction of social facilities, and developers are directing funds for the completion of problematic objects”, — said Deputy Minister of construction of Moscow region Eugene Sokolov.
According to the Deputy of the state Duma, member of Committee on housing policy and housing and communal services Sergey Pakhomov, currently in the region there are 92 objects that are being completed with the involvement of investors.
On 4 July it was reported that the authorities of the Moscow region in 2013 attracted from non-budgetary sources of about 52 billion roubles for the decision of problems of the deceived shareholders. A day earlier, Deputy Chairman of the regional government Maxim Fomin said that the Moscow authorities keep under constant control the process of development in order to prevent the emergence of problematic objects. In the case of the trial, the government appeals to law enforcement agencies.
