The US President Donald trump has made to the Senate candidacy of Jon Huntsman for approval in the post of extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador to Russia. This is stated in the message on the White house website.
Earlier, Russia gave approval on the candidacy of Huntsman as United States Ambassador in Moscow. According to Deputy foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov, Moscow “know biography of Mr. Huntsman, you realize that it is high professional, the person who has strong beliefs, very experienced, who has seen much.”
