The head of the Duma Committee for housing and communal services Galina Khovanskaya said that it intends to introduce a bill to expand the renovation program in all regions of Russia, RIA “Novosti”.
“I already prepared the project of renovation in the Russian Federation, which will be introduced in the autumn”, — said Khovanskaya.
She noted that there are already several applications from regions that have reported their readiness to engage in a program of renovation.
The constitutional court of Russia has not accepted the first complaint against the law on the renovation.
In a press-service of the court explained that an appeal to the constitutional court “requires that the impugned citizen the law was applied in his particular case and the court decision entered into force”.
