Surkov called the “hype” statement on the establishment of the Ukraine
The Russian presidential aide Vladislav Surkov called the “useful hype” a statement of the militia of the replacement of Ukraine for new state – Ruthenia. It is reported RIA Novosti with reference to the head of the Center for political conjuncture Alexei Chesnakov.
“The main thing here is that the Donbass is not fighting for secession from Ukraine and for its integrity. For the whole of Ukraine, not part of it. That is, Ukraine is a civil war between people who have different views on the future of their country”, – he explained.
On this subject Surkov spoke at the meeting with the experts, which was attended by Chesnakov. According to Chesnakov, “part of any war is the ideological war, which is opposed to the slogans and utopia”. He noted that Kiev has “eurotopia”, and Donetsk responded to this idea little.
Earlier, the head of the DND Alexander Zakharchenko said that the representatives of the regions of Ukraine that refused to recognize the new Kiev authorities decided to create in the Donbass new state – Ruthenia. In his opinion, the establishment of the Ukraine can stop the “civil war”, while Ukraine has discredited itself and “has shown itself as a failed state” that cannot stop the armed conflict.
The capital of the Ukraine is scheduled to make Donetsk and Kyiv will become a historical and cultural center. The country flag is the flag of Bohdan Khmelnytsky.
Zakharchenko explained that by creating the Ukraine militias invite all the people of Ukraine a peaceful way out of the war. He called the proposal the first and the last, and stressed that its implementation also needs the support of the authorities of different regions, business and international community.
RBC sources in the presidential administration told this news came as a surprise to the Kremlin. It was reported that this idea was made by the environment Zakharchenko. The LC also stated that the decision on creation of the Ukraine was not agreed with them.
