VTSIOM found, as the weather anomalies of summer influenced the Russians

More than half of respondents have noticed a significant change in the weather this summer compared to previous years, with more than 60% of those who said the weather anomaly, felt the effect of them — often this was manifested in poor health and mood, the survey showed the all-Russia centre of studying of public opinion (VTSIOM).
“Anomalies of the weather this summer saw more than half of Russians (58%), both in big cities and in rural areas this proportion exceeds 50%,” — stated in the materials of the survey, which is available to RIA Novosti.
Sociologists have noted this trend in most Federal districts, the exceptions were only the North-Caucasian and Siberian district.
Residents of most regions noted the unusually rainy weather this summer: almost three quarters (73%) of those who noticed abnormal weather in their region, points to excessive rainfall, and about half (52%) — low temperature. “According to 63% of Russians celebrating the anomalous weather phenomena, they felt the effect of them.
