Deputy Minister of foreign Affairs of Russia Sergey Ryabkov and US under Secretary of state Thomas Shannon “almost” resolved the issue of Russian departmenet, according to CNN.
It is reported that when Ryabkov left the state Department building after more than 2.5 hours, the reporter asked about the settlement of the question.
“Almost, almost” – leads the channel response Ryabkov.
It is noted that the Shannon end of the meeting, did not comment.
Earlier it was reported that Ryabkov and Shannon completed the negotiations which took place in Washington.
