The main killer Escobar Popeye urged Theresa may to legalize cocaine

John Jairo Velasquez

Former Hitman John Jairo Velasquez, who used to work on the legendary drug Lord Pablo Escobar, called on the British Prime Minister Theresa may to legalize in the United Kingdom cocaine. About it reports The Independent.

According to Velasquez, also known by the nickname Popeye, from a poisoning with poor-quality coke annually kills thousands of Britons. “Kills everything: soda, whiskey, beer, cigarettes, marijuana, bread, finally. Food from McDonald’s killed more people than cocaine — according to a former killer, now hiding in the Colombian Medellin from the relatives of the victims. But people decide for themselves what they eat. If cocaine were to be legalized, it should be sold only in pharmacies, and people will decide for themselves whether to buy it or not.”

According to Popeye, the legalization of cocaine will help cope with street wars waged by drug gangs, and undermine the business of the smugglers, illegally importing drugs into the United Kingdom. “These American measures, which they called a “war on drugs” — complete nonsense, — said Velasquez. — Drug trafficking is continuously growing, Colombian cocaine spreading throughout the world — in Britain, the USA, South Africa, Ireland, and everywhere it represents the suffering and bloodshed. Thousands of people die during transport. We need to stop this”.

According to statistics, in 2015 in Britain from poisoning by substandard drugs died 3674 person. 320 of them died from eating the bought on the street cocaine mixed with washing powder and ketamine.

John Jairo Velasquez was released from prison in 2014. He served almost 24 years on charges of murder, terrorism and drug trafficking. Although Popeye has confessed to killing 300 people and of involvement in the killings of three thousand, the evidence was only enough to condemn him for the shooting of presidential candidate of the country of Luis Carlos galán in 1989.
