The defense Ministry has declassified archives about the liberation of Poland during world war II

MOSCOW, 18 Jul — RIA Novosti. The Ministry of defence has published a unique archive documents about the liberation of Poland by the red Army during the great Patriotic war, on the Agency’s website you can read the telegrams, memoranda, reports and battle reports of the Soviet military in those years.

“On the official website of the Russian military Department is a unique archival documents of 1944-1945, dedicated to the liberation by the red Army troops Poland from Nazi occupation. Historical documents were declassified in July 2017, earlier in open sources were not published and were accessible only to a narrow circle of specialists”, — stated in the message Department.

Among the declassified documents — war dispatches, memoranda, reports, reference, historical forms, telegrams.

All of them, as emphasized in the Department, testify to the benevolent attitude of poles to the Soviet military.
