Corey Lewandowski, former Manager of the campaign headquarters of the American state of Donald trump questioning the “intervention” of Russia in elections in the United States. “If the Russians were going to hack the US election, would be a great Russian spy, Vladimir Putin, who worked in the KGB, to any TV producer or someone else in the same spirit, would he to meet so many people? He commented on the meeting trump Jr. with a Russian lawyer Natalia Veselnitskaya, in which could participate American producer Rob Goldstone.
Lewandowski said that “now we have a history of nothing”, because the consequences at the meeting was not, and the son of trump showed complete openness, voluntarily publishing the correspondence with the Russian lawyer. In addition, it was a meeting of “private citizens”, between which “there was no collusion or cooperation.”
We will remind, the American newspaper the Wall Street Journal says that the Russian lawyer Natalia Veselnitskaya at the meeting with the US President’s son Donald trump in 2016 supposedly provided him with information concerning the British financier William Browder.
Trump Jr. earlier told Fox News that Veselnitskaya told him about the misconduct of the donor and the Democrats. But he still described the meeting as “empty” and noted that he had not mentioned her to his father.
