Chapter DND announced the establishment of the new state Ruthenia
Alexander Zakharchenko announced a new successor state of Ukraine.
Moscow. July 18. INTERFAX.RU — Chapter DNI Alexander Zakharchenko said about the establishment of the new state Ruthenia.
“We believe that the state of Ukraine in the form in which it was not recoverable. We, the representatives of the former regions of Ukraine, except Crimea, declare the establishment of the new state, which is the successor of the Ukraine. We agree that the new state will be called Ruthenia, as the very name Ukraine discredited itself”, — told reporters the head of the DND Alexander Zakharchenko.
According to him, the capital of the Ukraine became the city of Donetsk, and Kyiv city remains a historical and cultural center of the capital city status.
The national flag of Ukraine recognized the flag of Bogdan Khmelnitsky… We believe that the people’s Republic of Donetsk, along with Luhansk people’s Republic, remains the only territory of Ukraine, excluding the Crimea, which preserved the legitimate authority.Zakharchenkov DND Alexander Zakharchenko also added that it is necessary to enter in the country state of emergency for three years.
“In view of the avoidance of chaos, we propose to introduce a state of emergency for three years, during this time, banned all parties, in the same period begin the investigation with the assistance of the international community on the crimes in Odessa on the Maidan in the Donbass. This solution matured long ago, but all the time, and exactly today, we offer the option that will stop the war,” — said Zakharchenko.
