The head EMERCOM of Russia Vladimir Puchkov said about reducing the number of emergencies this year.
“We summarized the results for the first six months of this year. Positive results: reduced number of man-made fires and losses from them, reduced the number of natural disasters, decreases the number of disasters increases system efficiency response,” he said, speaking at the forum of the emergencies Ministry and NGOs “Society for security” in Vytegra Vologda region.
According to him, the Ministry “will implement all of the plans aimed at improving the efficiency of management bodies, forces of EMERCOM of Russia and all the services.”
“Implemented the format improving the efficiency of the unified state system of prevention and liquidation of emergency situations”, — said Puchkov.
