Human rights activists have calculated the total number of victims of the war in Syria

The victims of the conflict in Syria since it started in 2011 were more than 330 thousand people. BFMTV reported, citing data from the Syrian Observatory for human rights.

Among the victims were about 100 thousand civilians, including more than 18 thousand children and 11.5 thousand women. Government forces and their allies lost in killed about 117 thousand troops and militias.

The total number of dead soldiers of the armed Syrian opposition, members of different terrorist groups and foreign mercenaries made up of about 115 thousand people.
