MOSCOW, July 13 — RIA Novosti. Russian President Vladimir Putin in a telephone conversation discussed with Jordan’s king Abdullah II, the situation in the middle East primarily in the context of efforts to combat international terrorism, said the press service of the Kremlin.
“They discussed the current situation in the middle East, especially in the context of the overall efforts to combat international terrorism”, — is spoken in the message.
The parties also noted the value of the signed on 7 July, the Russian Federation, Jordan and the United States of the Memorandum on creation of a zone of de-escalation in the South West of Syria for further work to establish the cessation of hostilities in other parts of the SAR
