The French authorities have arrested a Villa and hotels the ex-Minister of Finance of Moscow region Kuznetsova
The former official, against whom in Russia opened a criminal case of fraud, arrested the property for EUR 120 million.

INTERFAX.RU French authorities seized the property of the former Minister of Finance of Moscow region Alexey Kuznetsov and his wife Zhanna Bull worth 120 million euros, reported “Interfax” the official representative of the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation Alexander Kurennoy.

The corresponding Russian prosecutors received from public financial Prosecutor’s office of France.
Earlier these hotels were imposed arrest, but it was cancelled in connection with the appeal on formal grounds, recalled in Prosecutor’s office.
According to three, “as a result of interaction with the French side prepared a new request for legal aid, taking into account the peculiarities of French legislation under which these properties re-arrested”.
In addition, in France about four years, considered the request of the General Prosecutor of the Russian Federation for the extradition of Kuznetsov, who was detained on the territory of this country.
“The courts of France according to the results of hearings held with the participation of representatives of the Prosecutor General of Russia recommended to comply with the request, but the final decision of the French authorities has so far not accepted. In connection with the duration of the extradition process in April 2017 measure Kuznetsov modified and placed under house arrest,” said Kurennoy.
