In Moscow firefighters extinguished a fire in the building of Institute of physical chemistry and electrochemistry named after A. N. Frumkin on Leninsky Prospekt, told TASS in the Metropolitan Chapter of the Ministry of emergency situations.
According to the Agency, in one of the rooms ignited the magnesium in the area of 20 square meters. Employees of the Institute were evacuated, nobody has suffered.
A source in the emergency services of the TV channel “360” clarified that the fire occurred in a lab on the third floor. The flames were visible from the window. Edition dni.ru published photos from the scene.
