The postponement of the implementation of projects of this scale is normal procedure, said press Secretary of the President of Russia Dmitry Peskov, commenting on the change message, the time of delivery of the icebreaker of project 22220 “Arctic”. The icebreaker “Arktika” was built at Baltiysky Zavod in November 2013. The project cost is estimated at 122 billion rubles.
