MOSCOW, 11 Dec — RIA Novosti. The Senator Lyudmila Narusova has asked the Federation Council Committee on rules with a request to compensate her for expenses in connection with the rejection of the use of the official car Ford Mondeo.
As reported at the meeting of the Committee Deputy Chairman Vladimir Poletaev, the current law “On the status member of the Federation Council and state Duma Deputy” provides for similar compensation for personal vehicle use for business purposes. However, because the Federation Council is the first case of such treatment, the amount of compensation is not defined. The Senator proposed to give instruction to the legal Department of the chamber to develop an appropriate regulatory document.
According to the head of transport Department, office of the President Anatoly tukov who took part in the meeting of the Committee, General allowance calculations is indeed missing, but in the state Duma the amount of such compensation is approved, it depends on the engine size of the vehicle and ranges from 2.4 to 3 thousand rubles a month per car and 1.2 thousand rubles per bike. The government resolution also provides for up to three thousand rubles monthly compensation.
Bales also said that the size of the budget subsidies for 182 official car of the Federation Council is for 10 months 453,8 million rubles.
It was decided by mid-September to prepare the conclusion and work out the compensation for the refusal of the Senator from using the official car.
