The Minister of foreign Affairs of Russia Sergey Lavrov commented on the words of U.S. state Department spokesman Heather Nauert that he supposedly “loves to run forward.” On Wednesday, July 12, reports RT.
“I don’t understand how this lady may know that I love you I don’t like. We don’t know her,” said the Minister in response to a question of the correspondent of the TV channel.
Earlier that same day, Nauert in response to Lavrov’s statement on the establishment of a center for monitoring the observance of the truce in Syria, said the diplomat “likes to talk and to get ahead of ourselves”.
The Minister also stressed that the decision on the establishment of such a centre is recorded in a document signed on 10 July in Amman with representatives of the United States, Russia and Jordan.
“To get ahead of myself, probably don’t need anyone, but lag behind in tracking real-world events, too, probably not helping in the profession of diplomat”, — transfers words of Lavrova of RIA Novosti.
July 7, Lavrov confirmed the agreement on a ceasefire in the area of Deraa and Quneitra in southern Syria. The Minister noted that the regime will be effective from 9 July.
