The candidate from the “Young Russia” was too young

The CEC refused to register the candidate on a post of the head of Karelia from the party of “Young Russia” Maria Avisio due to the fact that she has not passed the age limit. This was stated by the Chairman of the Central election Commission of Russia, Ella Pamfilova, reports TASS on Wednesday, July 12.

“Unfortunately, it has not yet reached the [required] age, because she’s younger than the law allows. The Commission was forced to refuse” — said Pamfilova.

The Chairman of the Commission urged the party be careful to find candidates.

In June Pamfilova reported that “one of the most notable parties” held in Moscow Congress, which was put forward in governors of one of the regions of the candidate at the age of 28 years. Details have not been revealed, says the Agency.
