In Saratov the drunk visitor of the cafe attacked a police officer, which caused the waitress of the establishment. This is stated in the message of regional management of the TFR.
The incident occurred on 6 July in the Volga district of the city. District Commissioner of police arrived on a call in a cafe. By this time the visitor of the institution took to the street and began to swear. Police tried to detain him and to deliver to the office.
“Not wanting to be involved in established by the legislation of the Russian Federation of responsibility, the offender was bitten by a police Commissioner for the left leg, causing physical pain and injuries”, — is spoken in the message of management SKR.
Concerning the man criminal case under article 318 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (“Application of violence not dangerous to life and health, against a representative of power”). The maximum punishment which threatens it, — five years of imprisonment.
It is reported that at the initial stage of the investigation, the suspect has given grateful evidences.
