In Nizhny Novgorod the staff of the Investigative Committee of Russia establish the circumstances of the incident with two local residents and an EMT, arrived to help one of them who was drunk. This was reported on the website of the regional administration TFR.

As a result, the physician was hospitalized. After experts will establish the severity of the caused harm to health, the investigators will solve a question on excitation of criminal case on a particular article of the Criminal code.
Man, to which the ambulance arrived, staged a riot and insult arrived on the scene of a police officer. Against it criminal case under article 319 of the criminal code (“Insult of representative of power”).
The incident occurred on July 5 on Zvenigorodskaya street of the Soviet district of Nizhny Novgorod.
