MOSCOW, 11 Dec — RIA Novosti. The Federal penitentiary service has asked the court to replace a suspended sentence to Alexey Navalny on the real, told RIA Novosti press-Secretary of the Simonovsky court of Moscow Victor Vasilev.
“In Simonovsky court received a petition on cancellation of conditional condemnation to the Bulk direction of the colony. It was but a procedural decision on the acceptance or refusal to accept for consideration — not yet decided,” — said the Agency interlocutor.
