Mattis agreed to give an interview and called Fischer. During the meeting they discussed issues of foreign and domestic policy, as well as advice for future graduates of the senior classes.

“I’ve always tried to help students, because I think that we should help young people to go through that in this way we learned, so you can make your own mistakes, not those that we did,” said Mattis during a conversation with Fisher.

In addition, they discussed and some questions asked a high school student. For example, Mattis said that the former President Barack Obama would listen more to Secretary of state Hillary Clinton. “I think that ideology can be opposed to each other, showing people a better education and hope for the future, learning to get along with each other,” said Mattis.
