MOSCOW, July 11. /TASS/. Some States are sabotaging the process of adopting rules of responsible behaviour in cyberspace and might be interested in going on in this chaos. This opinion was expressed in interview to the newspaper “Izvestia”, the Russian President’s special envoy on international cooperation in the field of information security Andrey Krutskikh.
“Russia and many other countries in all international platforms and forums urge to negotiate, before it’s too late, and not come up with the culprits,” said cruit. He emphasized that the damage from the outgoing from cyberspace threats are “all States regardless of their political views”.
