For rent, where the headquarters of opposition leader Alexei Navalny, were not paid since March. It is reported Life.
According to the newspaper, the company “Paritet MG” surrendering the premises of the headquarters, rented this place in March 2017 for a period of 11 months. The total area is 614 square meters.
Until August 31, 2017, the tenant had to pay each month for 435 thousand roubles, since September, the rate would have doubled. However, according to Life, until September, “Paritet MG” in the room hadn’t been since may 31, the owners broke a contract with him and demanded to leave the building.
As reasons were mentioned debts on rent (the company allegedly paid only for the first month – March). In addition, the tenant allegedly without the permission of the owner made the alterations.
The owners of the premises – “Balchug estate” – said the total claims 2.44 million rubles. Against unidentified employees of firm-the tenant brought the case.
Earlier, law enforcers raided election headquarters of Alexei Navalny in Russia. In the Moscow office were raided on 6 July. Police said that has no claims to the staff, and cause investigative actions was a complaint by the subtenants to the owner of the building.
