Pelican refused to extradite the leader of the art group “War” of Russia

The Minister of justice of the Czech Republic Robert Pelikan promised the leader of the art group “War” Oleg Vorotnikov not to extradite him to Russia. The video of the conversation posted on the YouTube channel of the band on Friday, July 7.
