The government extended, for bradenburg countries, has imposed sanctions on Russia

MOSCOW, 5 Jul — RIA Novosti. Prime Minister of Russia Dmitry Medvedev signed a document, according to which until December 31, 2018 extended the ban on the import into Russia of certain agricultural products, raw materials and food from countries that have imposed sanctions on Russia, including the USA, Canada, Australia, EU countries, Ukraine, the resolution is posted on the website of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Russian Federation.

The EU Council on June 28 adopted a formal decision to extend by six months of economic restrictive measures against Russia in force until the end of July 2017.

Russian President Vladimir Putin on 30 June signed a decree on extension of measures on sanctions until 31 December 2018.

“Extended from 1 January to 31 December 2018 the ban on the import into Russia of certain agricultural products, raw materials and food, country origin which the United States of America, European Union countries, Canada, Australia, Norway, Ukraine, Republic of Albania, Montenegro, the Republic of Iceland and the Principality of Liechtenstein”, — stated in the message.

It is noted that these limits aims to spread the special economic retaliation into separate States based on the extent of their involvement in the sanctions regime against Russia.
