In the U.S. city of Hillsboro, Oregon, an armed man tried to steal a training helicopter from the airport but was shot by police. On Monday, July 3, writes the Oregonian.
As noted, the man in the mask walked over to the flying instructor and his student who were in the helicopter flight Academy airport and fired at least one shot into the air.
After the instructor and his ward escaped, unknown unsuccessfully attempted to lift the helicopter into the air. Then the man left the cabin of the helicopter and tried to escape, but was shot by a police officer.
As a result of the incident the flights at the airport were temporarily suspended.
In November 2015 in Sao Paulo the criminal dressed as Santa Claus stole a helicopter Robinson 44. Hijacker rented the aircraft and during the flight forced the pilot to fly on a small farm in the suburbs of the metropolis, where they were met by another man. The criminals tied the driver and fled in a helicopter in an unknown direction.
