YEKATERINBURG, 3 Jul — RIA Novosti. A consequence opened a criminal case on the former head of the Sverdlovsk branch of the Yabloko party and former head of the city of Pervouralsk, Sverdlovsk region Yury Pereverzev from-for excess of authority under the transfer of land, told RIA Novosti the representative of the regional Prosecutor’s office Marina Kanatova.
Pereverzev in 2011 was elected mayor of Pervouralsk, however, in 2013, he was dismissed. Recently Pereverzev has held the post of head of Sverdlovsk branch of party “the Apple”. However, at the end of June Pereverzev has declared its opposition to the nomination of the “Apple” on a post of the Governor candidates of the mayor of Yekaterinburg Yevgeny Roizman. Because of this, Pereverzev has resigned and left the party.
“The Prosecutor of Pervouralsk checked the observance of land legislation in the disposal of land in the administration of the city district Pervouralsk. In the course of Supervisory actions it is established that at the time held the position of head of the city district Pervouralsk (Yuriy Pereverzev) signed a knowingly unlawful decision on granting a land plot of garden noncommercial partnership the property free of charge”, — said the Agency interlocutor.
She added that the cadastre value of the land exceeds 27 million rubles. The Prosecutor’s office appealed the decision. The protest was satisfied. “However, because the land was resold and, accordingly, the municipality has suffered damages in the above sum, the Prosecutor’s office sent the materials to the investigating authorities for questioning criminal-legal assessment. According to the materials of the Prosecutor’s office brought criminal case”, — said Kanatova.
According to her, the case was opened under part 2 of the article “excess of powers of office”. Pereverzeva threatens till seven years of imprisonment.
Investigation Department of the RF IC in Sverdlovsk region reported on Monday that now set all the circumstances. “Conducted the interrogation of witnesses, analyses of interest documentation, and performed other investigative actions, the results of which the above fact will be given proper legal assessment”, — stated in the message.
