The Agency intends to lead a normal state about 85 percent of Federal roads across the country by the end of 2018. This was announced by Deputy head of the Agency Igor Astakhov, RIA Novosti reported.
According to him, now Federal highway is pretty good: at the beginning of 2017, 71% corresponds to the norm.
“By the end of 2017, this bar, according to our plans, should rise to 78 percent by the end of 2018… we need to reach the target of 85 percent,” he said at a meeting in Saratov.
In January, Prime Minister of Russia Dmitry Medvedev said that from 2010 to 2017 the proportion of good Federal roads increased from 39 to 71 percent, and by 2020 should be brought into good condition about 85 percent.
